UDA Announcement

Dear Mansfield Dermatology patients,

I started my practice in 2007 in the small community of Mansfield, TX. Within the last seven years, the small city we call home has blossomed into a larger city. All around us, there is road construction and new developments. This is an exciting time for our community. Just as the City of Mansfield has seen tremendous growth, so has my dermatology practice. I started with three employees in a very small office within the Methodist Mansfield Professional Building. As we are heading into our eighth year in practice, I now employ around forty people. We have moved into a larger space, and we have opened up satellite offices in Arlington, Flower Mound, and Burleson.

Some of you have been loyal patients for many years. You have seen me through my pregnancies, and you have witnessed the changes and growth within my practice. I sincerely appreciate all of you with all of my heart. My success has everything to do with my patients, and I hope to serve you for many more years to come.

The expansion of our business family has necessitated a few changes within the structure of our legal entity. I wanted to personally let all of you know that starting January 1, 2015, our business name will change from Mansfield Dermatology to United Dermatology Associates. Each of the locations will be United Dermatology Associates of their respective cities (e.g. United Dermatology Associates of Mansfield, United Dermatology Associates of Burleson, etc.). Please be advised that there is no change in ownership, management, or personnel. By the name change, we hope to unify our offices under one legal entity, continue to expand our business, as well as continue to keep up the good reputation that we have had over the years. All offices will continue to provide the same services, and we will all strive for the same goals as stipulated in our Patient Care

Mission Statement:

  1. To provide the highest standard of dermatologic care to our patients–medical, surgical, and cosmetic.
  2. To provide compassionate care and to treat each patient as we would want to be treated.
  3. To provide a friendly and professional environment where our patients feel comfortable and at ease.
  4. To provide outstanding customer service, putting the needs of our patients first and foremost, and
    always conducting ourselves with integrity.
  5. To provide an exceptional experience for our patients from start to finish. We cannot promise
perfection, but we can promise 100% effort.

In essence, nothing will change on January 1, 2015, except for our name. The heart and soul of our practice, our dedication to all of you–our patients–remains the same and always will. I wish all of you the very best during this holiday season. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

Respectfully yours,
Jeannine Hoang, MD
